The location was fine, but there was no proper room service or food service. The restaurant experience was very bad and the chef was not available full time. The deluxe room was not worth the price, and the suite room was good but expensive. Food was the biggest inconvenience. The food service and room charges were also problematic.

There was nothing to like. After receiving the confirmation, the hotel called us and asked us to cancel because the room was under renovation. We refused, and they sent an email demanding full payment for the booking. The app said “pay at the hotel,” so we didn’t pay. They called again and said that because we didn’t pay, we wouldn’t get a room and suggested we find another place to stay.
