The hotel is basic and offers cheap rooms; the room is very large with a huge bathroom, the facilities are simple but meet expectations and the price, and the staff is very friendly. It’s a few meters from the port to go to Gili or Bali. However, the soundproofing is poor—when the mosque bells ring at dawn you’re woken even with earplugs, which is very annoying because you can’t rest, and being on the main street means a lot of noise.

The location is perfect, just 3 minutes from the port, and Abdul’s service was excellent—he helped with everything I needed, let me switch to a private room last minute because I was exhausted from climbing Rinjani and wanted privacy, got me an adapter for my forgotten one, arranged laundry for my clothes and shoes, and told me where to buy my Gili Air ticket.

Convenient, close to the port. The staff is very friendly. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is also roomy. There is a lot of noise at night.

The place is handy near the harbor, but it’s fallen apart since the photos: walls are cracked, mold on walls and in the bathroom, the bedding has many stains and streaks, and the towels have holes.
