The food and staff were excellent, but the onsen and facilities felt old‑fashioned and the building was huge with separate blocks.

The food was good, but everything felt old.

Because my flight from Korea landed after 10 pm, I asked to check in late and two staff members helped me, which I appreciated. The meals and hot spring were also very good. The hotel and nearby tourist spots were right in front, making it very convenient. I accidentally left my wallet in the safety box and had the key with me; I mailed the key back from Korea and received my wallet, which was very kind. All staff were friendly and responsive, and I especially thank those who worked hard.

The room had a semi‑open bath overlooking the river.
