The room was very decent, the staff were very attentive, and the receptionist who greeted us was professional and responsive to our requests; however, the breakfast was only a 6 out of 10, very noisy, with no windows, and the room was on the basement level, though the bread was excellent.

The staff were very courteous, the hotel was clean with very comfortable beds, and it sits in a nice neighborhood just a few steps from the metro station, but the bathroom is a bit tight and would be inconvenient for people with mobility issues or older adults.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the Place d’Italie metro, and another station is 8‑9 minutes away—though we only used it once, so I forgot its name—and the staff are very friendly, but the carpet in the rooms made it hard for me to sleep because of sneezing and coughing all night; everything else is very clean, but my hypersensitivity made it difficult despite the upkeep.

The location is perfect, just two steps from the metro, close to several nice restaurants and a fantastic bakery, a quiet area for a walk, and a shopping center with Ikea and two McDonald’s nearby; the staff are super helpful and even speak a bit of Italian, so I’ll definitely return, though we were already very satisfied and wouldn’t change anything.
