The staff were attentive, the room quality was good, the elevator worked fine, the restaurant stayed open 24/24 hours, and the location was 150 meters from the New Delhi train station. Nothing to complain about.

The location was very good, the dishes at the 24‑hour restaurant were tasty, and the rooms were of a good standard.

The place was well situated in Old Delhi, not far from the Red Fort and the Mosque, and also not too distant from Conaugh Circle. The room I booked was small, well furnished but lacked natural ventilation – the window couldn’t be opened. We were switched to a higher‑rated room for a small extra fee. The worst part was the reception being under renovation with a lot of dust and noise.

Siamo arrivati in tarda serata ed i ragazzi che hanno turno notturno sono stati gentilissimi con noi, tra l'altro avevo sbagliato prenotazione prenotando per una sola persona ma senza problemi e senza costi aggiuntivi ci hanno permesso di soggiornare entrambi. Grazie Raja, Sandii e Ganesh e anche grazie ad Anil del travel desk che ci ha prenotato tutti i trasferimenti di cui avevamo necessità!
