The view of the lagoon is incredible and the kayak ride is great. Everything else was fine!

Everything was exceptional, honestly a dream place, and especially thanks to the manager Mr. Israel, who really takes 60 % of everything to keep the place running; his support, attention and dedication help you feel at home… I dare say that without Mr. Israel the place wouldn’t be the same. I didn’t want to find anything I didn’t like about the place or the host’s service… Maybe what I don’t like is that the town of Xul‑Ha doesn’t have many services or cash‑access points, but those are external factors.

The spot is very charming, located by a lake with crystal‑clear water. A big plus is the direct water access and the spot to relax by the water. The staff are relaxed and very helpful.

Israel treated us like kings. The common areas are beautiful and the rooms are small but extremely cute. The location is insane: the lagoon is sparsely populated on that side and the two‑level pier lets you jump straight into the crystal water. I would have liked to stay longer! Everything was perfect.
