The welcome was friendly and the breakfast was solid, just as described.

Simon was a very welcoming host, the room had a Moroccan theme, its own bathroom, and the alley was quiet; he also made a great breakfast and tasty coffee, and offered various dishes on his own initiative, which was very pleasant. From the room it was easy to walk into the medina, grab a snack, or stroll to the Rabat fortress and the city beach. The nearest parking spot was a 5‑6 minute walk. All in all, a cozy place with a hospitable host Simon.

The owner was very kind and generous. The accommodation was very clean. The city market was a few steps away but you could not hear anything from it. The breakfast was traditional.

Breakfast matched the description. The service was punctual, though 9:30 am is quite late; we tried to negotiate an earlier service but it was impossible. The bathroom and toilet were not deeply cleaned. The manager lives on site and smokes all day, so the smell was unpleasant. We slept with the windows open, yet the smoke still bothered us at night because the room windows are close together. At check‑in we had to knock hard and repeatedly on the door, but he didn’t hear us. The hotel was not identified, so we had to ask the neighbors if it was the right address. The main room was very dark, not well presented, and therefore not welcoming. The sheets were really dated, barely fitting the bed dimensions. There was no hand soap in the toilet, nor shower products.
