The room was decent but nothing special; having it face the parking lot made it hard to get a quiet morning if you want to rest. I loved the breakfast—everything was fresh and well prepared, and the staff were very kind. The only downside was the noise and glare from the parking lot next to the room.

Breakfasts were good and the two men at the restaurant were very accommodating and friendly. However, a lot of shared furniture needed repair: some pool area pieces, and one chair just off the check‑in area was so bad you could get hurt sitting on it. The atrium had many large green plants, one of which was completely covered in white aphids, making it unpleasant to walk near. The carpet up the stairs was never vacuumed during our whole stay. Front‑desk staff were not very friendly; nobody offered to help with our luggage up the stairs, and we were in our 70s. We had two beds in the room and had to ask for extra towels and hand towels. We received two coffee pods on the first morning, then were told we had to pay $3 USD per pod after that.
