The city views were lovely, the train stations and many restaurants and shops were within walking distance, and everything was very close, but the bed and pillows were a bit hard, so I couldn't sleep well because of that.

The hotel’s location was excellent and the scenery was great, the staff were very enthusiastic and communication was smooth, but the air conditioner was dusty and unclean, the hair dryer was dusty, and the bathroom vent was dusty too. Dust fell on the bed, floor, and everywhere, and I kept seeing black dust everywhere, which made me feel allergic and uncomfortable. After staying seven nights, on the fourth day the housekeeping staff didn’t refill the paper box with toilet paper, and the plastic bags in the room and bathroom trash cans were not replaced.
