Everyone on staff was very friendly, and I also enjoyed the free walk to the mine. I was amazed by how big the hotel actually was; it didn’t look that large online. The food included in the congress package was delicious and made with good quality ingredients. I liked that hot water was available all day without waiting for it to heat up. On the downside, in both rooms I stayed in (one for the congress package and the night before that I paid for myself), I couldn’t turn off the cold water tap in the shower, so I had to bathe with only hot water. Also, when I checked out the pool out of curiosity, the water looked cloudy and not clean. I was bothered that there were no bell boys to carry luggage to the room. I didn’t have much trouble, but several congress colleagues in the villas said it was hard to bring their luggage to their rooms.

The place is comfortable, clean, and well‑located. This time a bag with jewelry went missing, but the receptionist was very kind and followed up. I didn’t know exactly when or maybe at a departure I was given back the lost bag. Overall, the receptionist gave me excellent service.
