The place was infested with cockroaches, the bathroom door was broken, and it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The receptionist barely spoke English, so we struggled to communicate.

I left my umbrellas in the lobby and need a link or email address to retrieve them; I’ll pick them up on my next trip in July 2026. The room cleaning was very poor.
