Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff were all amazing; the pool was my absolute favorite because even heated pools are usually too cold, but yours had the perfect temperature and I didn’t want to leave; breakfast was also amazing. I will stay here again, though it was frustrating that we had to leave.

The location was good, but my room was fine until we saw three different boogers on the wall, so I had to re‑clean everything; that shouldn’t have happened.

JaeLynn at the front desk was AMAZING!

We enjoyed a nice breakfast with plenty of options, yet two calls and a blank voicemail at 7 am arrived without us having requested a wake‑up call.

Checking in was straightforward; they handled our luggage and cold food because our room wasn’t ready for early check‑in while we headed to the Sonic Temple festival. A friend who stayed with us came over during the festival, used his ID to grab the keys and our stuff without any hassle, and the room was super clean—no usual quirks. I asked to pay in cash at check‑in, was told it was fine, but the next morning a different staff member charged my card anyway; clear communication gaps between employees, though it didn’t affect me since I had both cash and card.
