The location was ideal after a long trip from Gatwick, the staff were really nice, and when we arrived late the staff member was already waiting for us—he was very kind, thank you again!

There was no breakfast, no place to eat, the pub next door didn’t serve food, so we had to walk to a chip shop, which was a mission; the radiator in the bathroom was rusty, the toilet seat was loose, the kettle on the floor was broken and wouldn’t stretch to make tea safely, there was no spoon, we had to ask for one, and we bought a fork at the first shop to remove the tea bag from the cup, then he bought a spoon.
