The location is great, just steps from the bus station. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfy, the shower has hot water, and each room has a small table and two chairs. The noise is an issue – everything from other rooms can be heard, and the cleaning staff came every day at 10 am asking us to leave so they could clean, saying we couldn’t return later.

I expected more from a supposed five‑star hotel. The reception was rude when I arrived; as an elderly guest I was sent to the penultimate room on the hall, the door had no lock inside, and they refused a room change, claiming everything was full when it wasn’t. A night before I asked if there was a hair dryer in the room and they said yes, but the room had none and they claimed no rooms had one. They denied me service at the restaurant at 08:10 am, even though service starts at 8 am. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at – the worst service and staff attitude, incompetent and rude, far from five‑star standards. I paid a lot for the accommodation and received nothing of that value. I would only recommend it to friends or family if they don’t consider it as an option; everything was bad. I still owe a lot, the worst experience.

Nothing good – it really disappointed me. For what I paid, I would have been better off at a motel.
