Clean, good location. Online check‑in for five people took 50 minutes. Without a phone you can’t get into the hotel or the room.

I couldn't get into the hotel because of a misunderstanding of an email, so I didn't receive the codes, but they had my details and payment anyway. Very disappointed I can't give a rating.

Check‑in was a bit of a pain… all online and document info… and there was no phone number to call.

Nothing. Unpersonalized, water damage, and it smelled bad.
