Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff was absolutely amazing. The hotel is quite small, so the staff knew every guest and were extremely attentive. Anything we needed was provided promptly. Oh, and the view is gorgeous. The lobby was not updated.

Not much except the staff’s friendliness. The room was far too small, the price too high for such mediocre service, the hotel’s reception area is very ugly (the hall), and the air‑conditioning is awful and complicated.

A tiny gem in the historic Varenna, with attentive staff and a small but refined seafood‑focused kitchen; only two nights were a downside.

Breakfast isn’t served at the hotel itself but at another location five minutes away.

The room overlooked Lake Como, offering a breathtaking view from dawn to dusk; the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at Hotel Victoria was truly outstanding.
