The location near the rodeo and the excellent service from the super polite and friendly staff made the stay very welcoming. Because I was close to the pool, the loud music played all day and I couldn't rest.

Escolhi o Matiz pois fui na festa de Jaguariúna e foi um diferencial. É em frente. No geral o hotel é bom, aquilo do simples bem feito. Comida gostosa, tem piscina agradável, travesseiro confortável. É um hotel para viagens estratégicas devido a localização. Cheguei 10h da manhã e check-in apenas 14h. Ok, fiquei aguardando. Quando foi 12:00, 13:00 várias pessoas chegaram e já tinham quarto e o meu não. Falaram que era problema no telefone do quarto depois que iam higienizar e deu 14h e o quarto não ficou pronto. Aí me deram outro quarto que desde sempre já estava pronto. Não precisava ter me feito esperar 4h sentada na recepção. Falta de gestão mesmo
