I loved the location even though it was a bit farther out of town than expected, and I enjoyed the facilities—they were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Both beds were small (certainly not King and possibly not even Queen size), but they were still comfortable.

The spot is perfect for a dog‑friendly getaway and the location can’t be beat, but the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. We found the oven and the BBQ still dirty, and basic supplies like dish soap, hand soap, black tea and even firewood were missing. It’s a nice place if you don’t mind a bit of extra cleaning yourself.

The facilities are solid and really work well when you have a group together—plenty of space and everything we needed. I didn’t run into any issues at all, so it was a smooth stay.

The unit felt brand‑new, spotless and comfortable, and it was a joy to have our pet with us while taking in the gorgeous scenery. The only hiccups were a missing dish towel and a lighter that didn’t work on the stove, which we had to improvise around.

Staff gave us a warm welcome and walked us through the grounds, and the views, bathrooms and beds were all top‑notch—plus the place is definitely dog‑friendly, even if the grass had a few stray bindis. On the downside, the salt and pepper shakers were empty and there were cobwebs and dirt tucked under some furniture that our dog’s ball rolled into. A more thorough cleaning under the pieces would have been nice.
