The reception was friendly, the staff helpful, the property large, spacious, green, and centrally located in Dooars. The rooms were comfortable, the restaurant welcoming, and the Wi‑Fi strong enough for work. This is my third stay here; I love the place, but management should check all room facilities before guests arrive. The first room had noise from a TV switchboard that was linked to another room—ideally it should be separate. The staff moved me to a new room, but the AC was poor, blowing barely any cool air, which made sleeping uncomfortable during summer and monsoon.

I wish the breakfast had a non‑veg soup; otherwise, everything was solid.

The front desk welcomed us warmly and arranged safari cars and a bus‑stop shuttle for our departure. The rooms were spacious, each with a double bed that could sleep two, so I booked two rooms for my family of three adults and a child, but we never used the second one. The property’s layout felt awkward; the rooms are far from the reception and dining, making night walks safer in groups. I got food poisoning from the sambhar at breakfast, which was a nasty shock, and the food prices seemed high for the quality. Monkeys were everywhere—about 30‑40 of them—so while we grew fond of them over two days, they can be unnerving for other guests.

The resort is surrounded by vast green fields, giving a true Dooars feel without leaving the premises. The only downside is the food pricing; a thin tawa roti at Rs 69/- feels a bit steep.
