I loved the breakfast menu; it’s the best part of the hotel because it’s varied and not spicy. Congrats. First, I paid for a pricier room than those who didn’t book through Booking, yet breakfast wasn’t even included. I ended up paying 260,000 rupias more than my companions for the same room type. Second, the air conditioning doesn’t work—it’s either loud or doesn’t cool, so it needs maintenance.
