“Good location, owner just wasn’t that great to work with”

The location is great, close to Vatican City and the train station. The property owner didn’t have our room ready and didn’t give us the building code until 24 hours after arrival. Thankfully Charles was there and cleaning when we got there to let us know and give us the code. When I reached out to the owner, he kept saying he didn’t know when we were arriving, even though my reservation clearly listed the time and date. He was not very accommodating and ruined the experience.

“Good for a short stay, great location.”

The hosts were incredibly helpful and the location is great. I booked a king room, but when I arrived it wasn’t available. I received a small discount for the change, but the bathroom size and quality were very different, and there was no fridge in the room.

“Ottimo rapporto qualità prezz”

The spot was spot‑on, the room was roomy, and checking in and out was a breeze; everything ran smoothly and the value was solid. The downside was that the bathroom was dark, the shower could have been cleaner, and a minibar in the room would have been handy on hot days.

“Práctica”

The location was fine, but getting in at first was a hassle and the lack of staff made it a bit awkward since no one was there to answer questions, plus having tap water available would have been nice.

“sitio muy recomendable a buen precio para pasear por Roma”

The place was in a great spot right next to a train station, and we even walked to the Vatican; it could have been a touch bigger, but for the price it’s pretty good.
