The place is easy to reach, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and everything is present (including a fridge), making it a good spot for a night’s stay or a layover. Nothing to complain about.
The BLB location is great and very quiet. The room and bathroom are spacious and very clean, with everything from a large fridge, stove plates, kettle, dishes, glasses, all the way to the waste sorting system. The bathroom comes with shower gel, soap, plenty of towels and toilet paper. Everything else fit perfectly, except the TV in our room didn’t work. Maybe they should check it from time to time.
The bathroom is great and the mattress is good. A cockroach was in the room, it wasn’t cleaned well, and there’s no smart TV (and hardly any receivable channels).
The room was far less clean than my last visit; it was very, very dusty.

The location, quietness, and parking were fine. The cleanliness, however, was the most important factor for me and left a lot to be desired: large bugs in the bathroom and living area, many cobwebs, and places that seemed never (or at least long) cleaned. It was creepy and disgusting. I left my slippers on the nightstand because I feared the bugs would crawl in if I left them on the floor. When I first entered the room I had to deal with six (!) large flies (not small fruit flies). Only then did calm return. They were so persistent that sleeping was impossible. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life.
