What on earth is happening at Marriott?! Marriott used to be a benchmark for quality, comfort, and excellent service. However, over the past several years, I have noticed a significant decline in both quality and service across the world. For a hotel group of this reputation and size, this is extremely disappointing. The Aloft in Dijon has been, by far, my worst Marriott experience to date: tiny rooms, truly awful design, and a hugely disappointing breakfast that falls well below the standards one should expect from an international hotel chain of this calibre
