I liked how close everything was, but the building’s many stairs made moving around with luggage a real hassle.

The location was good, but getting to the third floor required navigating stairs that were only 50 cm wide, the bathroom flooded, and no cleaning occurred during the three days. The building was old and poorly maintained. I paid a lot more than expected, was disappointed by the photos, and the host’s attitude was hostile. I even heard the owner or manager speaking badly about guests in a vulgar tone.

The customer service and rooms were fantastic; the staff helped us change our booking without any trouble and were extremely helpful. I would recommend this place.

“Buena ubicación y buena cocina”

The location was unbeatable, everything nearby, and that part of Copacabana is very safe. It’s also close to the subway. The kitchen had a good water filter, was super clean, and fully equipped, plus complimentary coffee. However, the room was in regular condition – extremely small, a bit faded, the bathroom lacked a soap dish, the door didn’t close properly, and the hooks for hanging were missing. With a bit of maintenance it could be amazing. Everything else was clean, with fresh towels and bedding.
