The location was fantastic—walking to almost everything I wanted, including cafés and landmarks, and great shopping was close by. The smallest room I have ever stayed in was for the first three nights; it was slightly better for the last two nights when I moved to a double room.

The location was ideal. I booked a single room knowing it would be small, and I didn’t mind being a solo traveller, but the shower was ridiculously small: the shower control protrudes into a 2.5‑foot space, leaving only about 24 inches to shower in. My elbows hit the wall when I washed my hair; I’m a 5 ft 6 in slim woman. The room had no view other than other apartment windows. If you can deal with that, the location is stellar.

The hotel is within close walking distance to many sights, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a room with three twin beds, which was very cramped and offered no place for luggage for three people.

Location is the main point: superb for the Louvre, Pont Neuf, etc. I was late checking out and the staff were very amenable and helpful. I would always like a breakfast room with lots of berries for the cereals as usual abroad, but I understand the premises are quite small and I knew breakfast would be served in my room.

Very convenient location. Liked having the continental breakfast served in our room. We do not look for a big breakfast and it was just right for us. It was a really tiny room! Hardly any space to put suitcases and when using the desk for breakfast we had to put the tray on the bed. I had not realised it was so small
