“A very disappointing stay—the caravan was cramped, unclean, poorly maintained, and several facilitie”
Unfortunately, our experience with the caravan was very disappointing. The caravan was not in the condition we expected and did not provide a comfortable stay. It was very dirty, especially the living‑room sofa and carpet, and it seemed the caravan had not been painted or properly maintained for many years. The bedrooms were extremely small, with very limited space to move around; there was hardly any room for clothes or personal belongings, and it was difficult to walk around the beds or reach things without bumping into them. The overall layout felt cramped and uncomfortable. The oven did not work, which was a major inconvenience—we had purchased pizzas but were unable to cook them and had to throw them away. The fridge was also extremely small, and the freezer had very limited space; there was not enough room to store basic items such as meat, ice cream or bottles of water. The television was very old and had very few channels, with virtually nothing suitable to watch, which was disappointing, especially when staying in the caravan during the evenings. Overall, the caravan needs significant cleaning, maintenance and updating. Due to the poor condition, lack of space and facilities that were not working properly, we did not have a comfortable or enjoyable experience.
