I expected a more organized environment, especially in the tourist area we chose, to make moving around easier. The images shown at booking didn’t match what we saw, but maybe after all the street and interior renovations it will be a good spot for renting, mainly because of the location. Many issues arose, the biggest being that we weren’t told the street was under major renovation, which caused frequent blockages and forced us to take alternate routes. We also had trouble contacting the manager at check‑in; I eventually reached him via WhatsApp and we worked through the problems, but better immediate communication is needed. The main entrance lock was damaged, creating insecurity, and the building was undergoing extensive work, producing a lot of dust. We also had trouble with the shower heater—it wouldn’t heat up and it wasn’t fixed. My husband left his pajamas on the bed, and nothing was mentioned about that after the final cleaning.

The room was clean and pleasant. The location was on a tiny pedestrian path that felt awkward. I wasn’t told there was construction on that path, which was noisy starting at 7:15. I also wasn’t informed we had to climb several flights of stairs.

“A fuir absolument”

Nothing good, terrible location, inaccessible even for healthy people. The street is unsanitary, badly placed, and it feels like the building is in ruins.

The access road is under construction, practically impossible to haul luggage up, and the signs are not very helpful.
