The front desk team was incredibly efficient and proactive, especially Eleen who helped set up my tours in Palau and resolved any issues that arose. She handled every request I had, and Yassa was also very helpful during the day, giving me all the support I needed. Any problems that popped up were fixed right away.

The location is great—about a 10‑minute drive from the airport, and there's a supermarket right in front of the hotel. On the night of my return flight, I joined a snorkeling tour and the staff let me leave my valuables and suitcase with them while also lending me a beach towel. Having a water server was a real convenience. I liked that the shower and toilet were separate. The water pressure isn’t perfect; the tap fills up quickly but then flows, which I didn’t mind. The breakfast was simple but included. The only downside is that it’s a three‑storey building with no elevator, and a large suitcase means I had to ask the housemaid to carry it right after check‑in, so it would help to have a tip ready. The hotel is old but has been renovated, so it feels clean and there are no major issues.
