The front‑desk staff were truly remarkable, especially the gentleman named Sobhi and the receptionist whose name I forgot—both handled us with elegance. A special thank you to the manager for his cooperation. The room was exceptionally clean, and overall the stay was wonderful; we’ll definitely come back.
