The staff were very attentive. The delivery service was delayed.

It was too hot, the fan was insufficient, cars kept passing by, and we couldn’t sleep well.

There was a damp smell, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the space was very cramped. The mattress and pillows were extremely hard, offering no comfort, the room had an unpleasant odor, and there was a water leak in the bathroom.
