The place is exceptional, the staff so helpful that a bad day turns into a great one. Lika the maid and her crew, plus all the managers, are great people with great facilities.

I stayed at Folk Boutique Hotel again and it was still amazing. The place feels warm, the rooms are comfy, and the service is top‑level. What really sets it apart is the staff – professional, kind, and genuinely caring – which makes each visit unforgettable. I have to thank Mrs. Bella in particular; she went above and beyond, always attentive, professional, and ready to help, and she made a huge difference. Her dedication is rare and she is a real asset to the hotel; I hope the management sees that. My second trip only reinforced my good impression of Folk Boutique Hotel. I’d love to come back and would recommend it to anyone in Tbilisi. Thanks to everyone, especially Mrs. Bella, for making our stay so pleasant and memorable! The location and cleaning services were not great, though.

We could walk from the hotel, and we were able to store a bag between tours. Staff were helpful with taxis.
