The staff were very friendly and the overall service was good. However, they never cleaned our room; they only changed our towels when we asked. The breakfast lacked variety. The Wi‑Fi was bad and the TV had no signal.

The location was right in the center, but the place they offered us after we booked was closed for renovations, so they sent us to another branch they had in the center. The bed, pillows, and the disgusting cigarette smell were terrible.

Breakfast was very good, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, warm and the atmosphere was great, I loved it. Everything was excellent, price and quality.
