The reception staff were very attentive and the facilities were very pretty, though we had issues with the air conditioning; nevertheless, the receptionist was kind and resolved the problem.

The front desk was excellent, the restaurant menu was good, and the room was spacious. However, the pool water was a bit dirty, the hot water could be better, and there was no lighting outside the rooms.
