Hotel Casa San Carlos Lodge Pereira

I really appreciated the staff and their hospitality. The bathrooms, especially the showers, were extremely disappointing in cleanliness. The glass enclosures, tracks, and panel installation areas had significant dirt and grime buildup that seemed to accumulate over time. The cleaning appeared superficial with little detail. The bathrooms clearly need much more thorough cleaning.

“Un lugar absolutamente maravilloso”

Among all the accommodations we liked most on the trip, Casa San Carlos Lodge is a true marvel. The setting is spectacular: all green, nature everywhere, and beautiful views. Waking up there, opening the door, and seeing that landscape is an experience in itself. It’s one of those places where you really disconnect. The pool is huge and gorgeous, the facilities are impeccably maintained, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and very pretty. If we had to highlight anything, it would definitely be the staff: everyone was charming and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. A special, calm spot perfectly integrated into the coffee region landscape. We were very sad to leave and would definitely come back. A true marvel 💚

“Cadre extraordinaire!!!! Un vrai petit paradis!”

The view, the calm, and the equipment were great; the food was very good and the staff very friendly, but the beds were too small and the mattresses too hard.
