The location is convenient, close to many shops, but the overall experience was the worst accommodation I’ve ever had. From check‑in, I was told to pick up keys at a separate address far from the hotel, and the space itself was poorly maintained and unhygienic. The room was filthy: a dirty duvet, a shower that hadn’t been cleaned in months, and hair scattered throughout. After I left, I was informed that the lock had a problem that was already malfunctioning when I arrived.
