The spot is great, just a 15‑minute walk from Harvard Square and the Cambridge colleges, and the room and bathroom were spotless and cozy; everything else was within walking distance. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, and since the building is older and has stairs, ask for the first floor if you have mobility issues.

The hotel sits right next to Harvard University, is spotless, and the family running it is very friendly; the building itself has a lot of charm, though the staircases are a bit narrow, which I’d advise if you have mobility concerns.
