The hotel is super close to the airport, was very clean, offered great value for money, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
“The worst”
They assigned me a room above a bar with live music; when I requested a change, I was told it wasn't possible and that this happens every weekend, so I left for another hotel, but they refused to refund my money even though I stayed less than three hours—terrible place and service.
The staff were pretty good, but the breakfast could be a bit better.
“Buena ubicación para los que viajan en avión , seguro y comida a la mano”
The location was quick to the airport, but nothing was bad—everything went well.
“Amazing!”
Whenever I visit Chicago, I stay at this hotel because the staff is super nice, the rooms are big and comfortable, and breakfast is delicious.
