I ate breakfast at the bar, which was standard. I would have liked water in the mini‑fridge for guests; it would show extra care for the guest.

The location is close to family for a wedding. There were no chairs on the terrace for sitting.

The room was very quiet, giving real peace even in the town, and the area is low‑traffic. Parking is free nearby the house. The interiors are clean, well‑kept, and the bathroom has a great shower box. Breakfast was a bit poor and not provided in the apartment; a croissant and a coffee (or cappuccino) at the piazza bar weren’t enough to call it “breakfast.” The small sliding window at the top isn’t screened and lets in a lot of early morning light; a curtain would do the trick.

The location is great. The building is pretty and well‑maintained. We’ve returned to this place several times in short order; it’s strategic and convenient for us. The last two visits felt less polished than usual (less clean). The beds aren’t very comfortable.

Suggestions: put two glasses in the room, add one or two extra blankets, the toilet handle was broken and should be replaced with one that fits the toilet shape. A photo or other decoration would improve the atmosphere.
