“Für Übernachtungen kürzerer Dauer zu empfehlen wegen Preis/Leistung.”
Central location, good value, decent breakfast, parking was fine. The economy room wasn’t as cozy as I had expected.

Nice inn, comfortable beds with great mattresses. Great spot for bike trips. The house is by the train station, so there’s a lot of train traffic.

Old school vibes! The staff were very nice, the bedroom was clean with good beds. The food was tasty and plentiful.

The Gasthaus zur Bergstrasse isn’t expensive by current standards, so don’t expect much. The room has air‑conditioning. However, the hotel room is styled in 1980s décor with an old creaky bed that only fits people up to 1.70 m tall. The bathroom feels like it came from a hardware store, with classic brown fixtures, mold in the caulking, and a nostalgic shower curtain. No Wi‑Fi access code was provided anywhere. The restaurant’s website claimed it was open Monday through Sunday, but it was actually closed on Tuesday evening. We booked this hotel for our layover because we thought the restaurant would be open every day.
