It was amazing; basically a two‑room flat that was very comfortable for the three of us adults, located about a 5‑minute walk from the metro station. The kitchen was tiny and we didn’t use it, but the wifi was superb. Overall, it was absolutely great value for the money.
“Love our stay here”
I loved that we could cook here with full utensils and toiletries. Though it looks small, there are cabinets for luggage, and the air conditioning was great—especially since we booked during summer. The location is close to a convenience store, supermarket, and the Mita Line station, and the area is quiet, which I appreciate. Nearby are Matsuya, Coco Ichibanya, and more. Initially the location was hard to find, probably because the signage was insufficient, and the upstairs tenants were noisy with heavy footsteps at night, which surprised us.
The futon was great and my baby slept early, plus the transport links were convenient; however, the walls are a little thin, so we could hear the neighbors.
“家族での東京観光にちょうど良い宿泊施設です。”
The space was ample enough for a family of four, within walking distance of the Toei subway at Itabashi Kyokai-mae Station, and several supermarkets nearby. The quiet residential area kept it peaceful. The building’s age meant that the structure and plumbing were outdated.
I liked how clean the place was and the spot was decent, though it’s a bit far from what I was hoping for.
