The service was flawless, and the meals were delicious—especially when they went out of their way to stock peanut butter and jelly for my husband’s and son’s specific preferences, which we really appreciated. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and welcoming, and the hotel is within walking distance of the river. I wish I’d asked for the name of the warm receptionist who greeted us, and my kids even received origami at checkout. If I ever return to Yanagawa, I’ll definitely book here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
