I was assigned a room that didn’t match what I booked online, so I left the hotel right away; the replacement room was lower quality than what I had reserved, and when I told the hotel management they didn’t respond.

The place itself is fine, but the chaos is a problem: some guests smoke cigarettes in the restaurant and elevators, and nobody from staff warns them; there are no written notices on the doors for the housekeeping crew, and the hotel could use more cleaning and organization.

The spot is great, just minutes from Esplanade along the Black Sea and very close to the pedestrian centre/Meidan, and the room is large; however, there were too many women in Burkhas.
