“Between Petros Chartzigeorgiou and George his assistant made our stay so comfortable . They”
The hotel was fantastic and located perfectly; Peter Chartzeorgiou, the manager, was extremely helpful and personable, and both Petros and George, his assistant, were the best in hospitality—professional, warm, and attentive, making everything flawless.
“Great Athens, pre-cruise stay”
The staff were professional, kind, and funny, and we loved the service they delivered; the Acropolis View Room was worth every penny.
“Un sueño para relajarse y disfrutar de Atenas”
Everything was wonderful! Elisabeth at reception was very kind and helped us with everything. The breakfast was very good, the staff were fantastic, and the coffee was superb. Our room felt like a dream and the terrace was spectacular – a solid 10. The location was perfect, just steps from everything. The room was well insulated even though there was a lot of noise outside, it stayed perfectly quiet inside.
“מלון ממוקם מצויין. סה"כ תמורה שווה למחיר.”
The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of foods that suited everyone, but the room lacked a window, making it feel like a cruise ship cabin.
“Overall great location, very good staff, appreciated transportation arrangements they set up for us.”
The location was truly central—everything was within walking distance, and the nearby metro made longer trips easy; shopping and dining options were abundant, and the hotel arranged both cruise port and airport transfers for us, which was a huge relief. We almost forgot about the included breakfast, which offered a nice variety of food and custom coffee drinks. The room was very nice but cramped; counter space was minimal, and a long narrow counter by the window was the only spot we used to leave our items. The only mirror was in the bathroom, so we had to take turns getting ready there (I usually do my makeup while Hub is in the bathroom). With only two drawers in the closet, it was a bit inconvenient to get ready, as we were always trying to move in and out of the same space. I don’t think booking the Acropolis view is necessary; the picture I zoomed in on is half hidden behind neighboring buildings, and we kept the curtains closed because the buildings were so close. It’s not a bad thing, just definitely not a necessity. There were many great views of the ruins just walking around the town.
