The facilities were fine. However, the receptionists were very rude, and even though you pay for accommodation upfront, you end up having to pay again for pets without being told beforehand that this would happen.

The pool was great and spotless, the facilities were very clean and the air‑conditioning was running at full blast, so I’d definitely return; the only thing I didn’t like was that food and drinks aren’t allowed in the pool area.

Everything was very good: the pool was clean, the waiters were attentive, and the rooms were spotless every day. Meal prices were affordable. The only drawback was that the included breakfast always offered the same options; after staying many days, eating the same breakfast became unpleasant, and we should have been told what was included when we booked.
