The room was filthy, full of cockroaches and other insects. The staff were rude, and the bed, pillow, and blanket were very dirty.

I think this property should shut down. The room was extremely dirty: bedsheets had blood stains, the walls were covered in tobacco spit, and there was no key card in the room. A spark even happened, which scared me. The staff were mannerless and demanded extra money at reception.
