I didn’t have breakfast, but I want to shout out the older gentleman (name unknown) at the front desk who was helpful, courteous, and accommodating.

The room was a great size and the beds and pillows were very comfortable, with no negatives.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but I had to pay for breakfast, which should have been free, and the bathroom needed more lighting because the shower was dark.

I liked the decent location; we walked a mile to the football game, but they charged me for an extra day of parking. I told the front desk multiple times that the person staying for 2 nights out of 3 should only be charged for 2 days of parking, and the other two people in the room didn’t have a vehicle. We repeated this before leaving and they said it would be fixed, yet I still got charged $30 extra for the third night, and after calling twice no one helped.
