“Check-in time said 3. We arrived 3:11 to check in and they gave us keys to a room that was not clean. Went back to desk”

The area was nice and convenient, but the check‑in time was listed as 3 pm and we arrived at 3:11 pm only to receive a key for a dirty room; after reporting it we were told to wait 20 minutes, yet we ended up waiting 45 minutes to an hour in the lobby with no updates, and the room had still not been cleaned. After another complaint, a different room was finally provided, but we won’t return.

It was quiet but close to restaurants. The ac was not adjustable. The shower leaked all over the floor. The pool was covered so you couldn't use it even though it's 90 degrees outside

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast facilities were excellent—nothing to complain about.
