The breakfast was decent and the location convenient, with a parking spot available; the green area nearby is nice, and the loft‑style room design is original. However, the room only has three sockets—two by the TV and fridge, one in the bathroom—with no outlets for a charger; there’s no air conditioning, so it gets very hot in summer. It’s close to VDNH and walkable.

The stay was comfortable, but the price per night is steep. They claim breakfast is included in the room rate, yet it wasn’t provided. A little Wi‑Fi signal loss above the head was annoying.

The hotel is wonderful in a very nice and convenient location, with a charming little garden as a bonus. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the reception staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to check in. The -1 floor is very convenient these days. Everything was great, though a bit more variety at breakfast would be nice.

The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, the location convenient, and the terrace and grounds pleasant. The attic room with the birds had a bed that bends toward the center and creaks. There is only one outlet for the fridge and one for the TV, so to charge my phone I have to turn something off. The ventilation and air‑conditioning are central.

Very cozy and inexpensive hotel in Kyiv. The location along the Odessa highway was essential for me. The staff were very welcoming. The mattress was wonderfully soft. Everything was very clean. The restaurant served delicious Ukrainian borscht.
