Tener el coche aparcado en la habitación de al lado y el gran tamaño de la cama. La temperatura muy alta de la habitación. Tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta a mediados de octubre

Bien. Accueil très surprenant. Aucun vis à vis avec le personnel. Pour les voyageurs ne parlant ni espagnol ni anglais , difficile de communiquer!! Nous sommes français et ne maîtrisons pas les langues . Donc galère pour échanger

The place is quiet and pleasant for my needs; the staff is exceptional. The room is very well organized and the Wi‑Fi for work is great. It isn’t that I didn’t like it, but I have a suggestion: because the hotel is near the highway, people often look for something accessible; I was heading north and wanted a rest to avoid driving all night. Maybe a way to attract more customers would be to offer some special service, for example, I stayed three days there and didn’t receive any courtesy, like a breakfast, even if simple. If I consider staying a week, I think that even though the cost of a breakfast for companies seems trivial, they should remember that a customer can bring many others, especially road travelers. I hope this suggestion isn’t misinterpreted; I’m simply thinking broadly about all kinds of guests. I say this because my job is precisely to attract new clients through service improvement, marketing, advertising, and web pages, which is your best card. Yesterday I left Galicia and was in Valladolid, but it was a quick job; if it had been another intense workday, I would have stayed there again, precisely because of the reception staff’s kindness.

“En general bien”

Cómodo y espacioso. Cama super King. Servicio de habitaciones bueno. La televisión antigua no tenía aplicaciónes. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba(dijeron q ya habían cambiado por aire caliente)esto no lo entendí hay termostato para graduar si quieres aire caliente o frío con esto me tomaron el pelo. Eche en falta algo más de iluminación en la habitación
