It’s close to Suwa Taisha, has a laundry facility, and the single or semi‑double rooms are spacious. The hotel offers useful amenities like a rental kit, a hot spring, and free drinks. The staff work hard to provide good service. Unfortunately, many pieces of equipment are outdated, the door to the washbasin is loud, and the fridge doesn’t stay cold. Also, a TV station’s shoot blocked the road, so the parking lot was far away, making it very inconvenient.

The breakfast quality was very good; I was surprised that a business hotel could offer such a full spread. The front‑desk staff were also very pleasant. The room was old, which I understood, but the smell was bothersome.
